**Do you offer custom orders?**  
Yes! Embroidery, ranch designs, apparel, and digital files — message us anytime.

**How long is shipping?**  
Most items ship within 3–7 business days depending on the product, unless a memorial item. Those are more detailed and require more time. A timeline will be provided before finalizing your order.

**Do you accept returns?**  
Handmade and custom items are final sale, but if something arrives damaged, please contact us and we’ll make it right.
